Friarwood Festival Terms and Conditions
We know this is the dull stuff but it's super important. Please read:
If you are over 18, you are able to bring a reasonable amount of alcohol into the festival. We suggest a maximum of 4 cans or 1 bottle of wine per person.
STRICTLY NO GLASS IS PERMITTED. This includes wine, beer and sprits bottles so please stick to cans or plastics.
Please be aware that alcohol will only be permitted on first entry to the festival. You will not be able to exit and re-enter with more alcohol.
There are no refunds for unused or unwanted tickets, whatever the circumstance, and tickets should not be resold.
The Management reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder, without a refund, for any behaviour they consider unreasonable or unacceptable.
If you experience a problem whilst at the event, please bring it to the attention of event staff.
Under-16 year olds attending the event must be accompanied by a ticketed adult (aged 18+).
All attendees require a ticket, including infants under 3 years. Infant tickets are free but must be ordered through this website.
The event organisers are not responsible for any items brought on site by ticket holders.
There is no on-site parking. Please walk or use public transport where possible. Use local public car parks if required.
This event is not suitable for dogs due to crowds and loud music. Only assistance dogs will be admitted.
No bikes, balls or scooters allowed on site for safety reasons.
The event finishes at 8pm and we require all attendees to have left the site by 8:30pm to allow the clean up to begin
Please bring a bin bag and dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided.
